¿Por qué el
sistema comunista no funciona?
Centralización, como tenemos en Cuba, la
máquina que un gran gobierno que controla todos los negocios, toda la
producción de todas las facetas de la vida, es imposible controlar
eficientemente.
Por esta razón el comunismo no trabaja
dondequiera que se pone en ejecución, esto es la locura de la vuelta del
socialismo, la locura de tratar de implantar el socialismo en América.
Lo imposible de ayudar a Cuba si se
mantiene bajo el sistema comunista.
Lo siguiente es una explicación simple de
este hecho en las palabras de Friedrich Hayek
Este argumento (centralización) se basa en un malentendido total del
funcionamiento de la competencia
Lejos de ser adecuados para condiciones comparativamente simples, es la
complejidad de la división del trabajo en condiciones modernas que hace que el
único método por el cual dicha coordinación puede ser adecuadamente traído a
través de la competencia. No habría ninguna dificultad sobre control eficiente
o planificación donde existan condiciones tan simples que una sola persona o
una junta directiva efectivamente pudiera examinar todos los hechos
pertinentes.
Es sólo que los factores que deben tenerse en cuenta tienden a
ser tan numerosos que es imposible obtener una visión sinóptica de ellos, por
lo que la descentralización se vuelve imperativa.
Pero una vez que la descentralización se hace necesaria, el problema de
coordinación surge una situación creada que deja las agencias independientes
libres de ajustar sus actividades a los hechos que sólo ellos puedan conocer y
aún trae consigo un ajuste mutuo de sus respectivos planes.
Como la descentralización se ha vuelto necesaria, porque nadie puede
conscientemente tener el control en las decisiones de muchos diversos
individuos, la coordinación puede claramente ser efectuada, no por
"control consciente" sino solamente por los arreglos que transmiten a
cada agente la información que debe poseer en orden con eficacia para ajustar
sus decisiones a las de los demás.
Y porque todos los detalles de los cambios constantemente, que afectan a
las condiciones de demanda y oferta de las diferentes materias primas no puede
nunca ser totalmente conocido, o rápidamente recogida y difundida
por cualquier centro, lo que se requiere es un aparato de registro que informa
automáticamente todos los efectos pertinentes de las acciones individuales y
cuyas indicaciones son al mismo tiempo el resultante y la guía para todas las
decisiones de los individuos.
Esto es precisamente lo que hace el sistema de precios bajo la competencia,
y el por qué ningún otro sistema incluso promete lograr. Permite a los
empresarios, observando el movimiento de los precios comparativamente bajos,
como un ingeniero mueve las manos de unos pocos botones de relojes, para
ajustar sus actividades a las de sus compañeros.
El punto importante aquí es que el sistema de precios cumplirá esta función
solamente si las competiciones prevalecen, si el productor individual tiene que
adaptarse a los cambios de precio y no puede controlarlos. (si los precios
flotan y se autocontrolan).
Lo más centralmente dependiente los más complicado todo se convierte
en esa división del conocimiento entre individuos cuyos esfuerzos separados son
coordinadas por el mecanismo impersonal para transmitir la información
relevante que conocemos como el sistema de precios
No es exagerado decir que si hubiéramos tenido que depender de la
planificación central consciente para el crecimiento de nuestro sistema
industrial; nunca habría llegado de grado de complejidad de la diferenciación y
la flexibilidad que ha logrado.
Comparado con este método para resolver el problema económico mediante la
descentralización y coordinación automática, el método de la dirección central
es increíblemente torpe, primitivo y limitado en alcance.

The following is a simple explanation of this fact in the words of
Friedrich Hayek
This argument
(centralization) is based on a complete misapprehension of the working of
competition.
Far from being
appropriate only to comparatively simple conditions, it is the very complexity
of the division of labor under modern conditions which makes competition the
only method by which such coordination can be adequately brought
about. There would be no difficulty about efficient control or planning
where conditions so simple that a single person or board could effectively
survey all the relevant facts. It is only as the factors which have
to be taken into account become so numerous that it is impossible to gain a
synoptic view of them, that decentralization becomes imperative.
But once
decentralization is necessary, the problem of coordination arises a
coordination which leaves the separate agencies free to adjust their activities
to the facts which only they can know, and yet brings about a mutual adjustment
of their respective plans. As decentralization has become necessary
because nobody can consciously bearing on the decisions of so many individuals,
the coordination can clearly the effected not by “conscious control” but only
by arrangements which convey to each agent the information he must possess in
order effectively to adjust his decisions to those of others. And
because all the details of the changes constantly affecting the conditions of
demand and supply of the different commodities can never be fully known, or
quickly enough be collected and disseminated by any one center, what is
required is some apparatus of registration which automatically records all the
relevant effects of individual actions and whose indications are at the same
time the resultant of, and the guide for, all the individuals decisions.
This is precisely
what the price system does under competition, and which no other system even
promises to accomplish. It enables entrepreneurs, by watching the
movement of comparatively few prices, as an engineer watches the hands of a few
dials, to adjust their activities to those of their fellows.
The important
point here is that the price system will fulfill this function only if
competitions prevail, that is if the individual producer has to adapt himself
to price changes and cannot control them.
The more
complicated the whole the more dependent we become on that division of
knowledge between individuals whose separate efforts are coordinated by the
impersonal mechanism for transmitting the relevant information know by us as
the price system
It is no
exaggeration to say that if we had had to rely on conscious central planning
for the growth of our industrial system; it would never have reached de degree
of differentiation complexity, and flexibility it has
attained. Compared with this method of solving the economic problem
by means of decentralization plus automatic coordination, the more obvious
method of central direction is incredibly clumsy, primitive and limited in
scope.

transcurso de la navegación por este caudaloso río que es la vida, lleno
de corrientes que inesperadamente parecen desafiar las leyes de la
hidrodinámica fluvial, se nos presentan remolinos
curiosos, y vemos situaciones con similitudes que asombra a nuestros sentidos.
Cuando salí de
Cuba deje un comandante en jefe, que había cursado estudios académicos
universitarios de leyes, costeados por su padre con un dinero de origen un poco
oscuro.
Hoy en Estados
Unidos, tenemos un comandante en jefe, un poco oscuro, que ha cursado estudios

Los dos
comandantes en jefe tienen en común que son ideólogos socialistas, ambos se
dicen defensores de la clase trabajadora, pero ninguno de los dos se habían
desempeñado en un trabajo productivo ni un día de su vida antes de ocupar el
trabajo más importante de la nación.
Pero tiene
sentido, son ideólogos doctrinales de Karl Marx, un académico que nunca tampoco
trabajó un día de su vida, pero inventó una ideología para crear un infierno
que decía que iba a ser un paraíso- .
Pero hoy tengo
una sensación refrescante, un poco porque está haciendo una temperatura
fresquita en los cincuenta en Miami, pero también porque estoy
leyendo en las encuestas que el agua está cogiendo su nivel, y que Scott Walker
está a la cabeza de los aspirantes a la candidatura presidencial del partido

Lo que nos
lleva a dos conclusiones.
La primera
conclusión es que las encuestas prematuras son como el cuento del romerillo de
Álvarez Guedes. Para los que no conocen el cuento del romerillo, les
doy la moraleja final del cuento, que es que el romerillo como la encuesta
prematura es una mierda.
La segunda que
Scott Walker es un luchador, un hombre con una ética de trabajo probada en su
vida como político y en el entorno laboral privado.
Esto de la
ética de trabajo Reaganiana, es algo que los liberales de la élite académica
que nunca han trabajado en una empresa privada no le dan mucho valor, pero sin
lugar a dudas es lo que necesitamos hoy en día.
Por eso a
Walker lo único que le han podido sacar es que no terminó los estudios
académicos, a ellos siempre le parecerá mejor alguien que nunca ha tenido un
trabajo productivo pero que tenga una ideología socialista adquirida en la
academia.
Antes de
decidir por quien voy a votar, o cualquier decisión política o privada, siempre
trato de ver el pasado, porque es la mejor manera de descubrir el futuro, y me ha
servido, por eso salí de Cuba a tiempo. He tratado de averiguar
sobre Scott Walker lo más posible, y por lo que he visto hasta ahora
me parece el mejor, por su ética de trabajo y su trayectoria política..
Hay cosas que
todavía no he podido averiguar de Walker, pero sigo buscando. Como
por ejemplo, no he podido descubrir si juega golf. Si
descubriera que juega golf sería una decepción,
Pero votaría
por Walker de todas maneras, porque después de todo, nadie es perfecto, y hay
que votar por el menos imperfecto.

A volunteer Jewish guard was shot dead when shots
were fired at the largest synagogue in central Copenhagen where a Bat Mitzvah

Podesta didn't say whether he plans to follow his fascination for UFOs now that he's leaving the White House, like he did after his four years as President Bill Clinton's chief of staff.
Back in 2002, Yahoo News reports, Podesta spoke at a press conference that was organized by the Coalition for Freedom of Information, about the importance of sharing the information the government has about UFO investigations, saying "it’s time to find out what the truth really is that’s out there...we ought to do it, really, because it’s right. We ought to do it, quite frankly, because the American people can handle the truth. And we ought to do it because it’s the law.”
And on Friday, The Washington Post recalled when Podesta told one of its reporters in 2007 that "the truth is out there," concerning UFOs, echoing the tagline for the TV show, "The X-Files."

F-16 jets took off in the early hours of Monday to bomb ISIS camps, training
areas and weapons depots in Libya, the Egyptian military said.

Virginia are on lockdown for an unknown reason.
Photos provided to Breitbart News show the
entrance from the road barred and police tape around the perimeter. Patrol cars
were reportedly on hand as well. The local resident also stated that the
rear entrance to the facility was also blocked.

Boehner: House ‘Has Done
Its Job,’ Homeland Security Funding Up to Senate Democrats

House Speaker John Boehner said today
that if funding for the Department of Homeland Security expires on Feb. 27,
then the responsibility lies with Senate Democrats.
During an appearance on “Fox News
Sunday,” Boehner, R-Ohio, said he is “certainly” prepared to
allow the agency to shut down because Senate Democrats “would be to blame.”
“The House has done their job under
the Constitution,” said Boehner. “It’s time for the Senate to do their
job.”
The Homeland Security funding bill
passed by the House on Jan. 14 also includes language undoing the president’s
executive actions on immigration. Senate Democrats say they want a “clean”
funding bill that doesn’t defund Obama’s orders.
Boehner defended combining the efforts
to fund Homeland Security and to stop the president’s “overreach,” saying that
“the House acted” because “Congress just can’t sit by and let the president
defy the Constitution and defy his own oath of office.”
“The House has acted to fund the
department, and to stop the president’s overreach when it comes to immigration
and his executive orders,” said Boehner.
Boehner said Senate Democrats are
“blocking the ability to even debate the bill.”
Last week, Senate Majority Leader
Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., told reporters the House legislation was “stuck” in
the Senate, unable to overcome the 60 votes needed to end a Democrat-led
filibuster.
“I think it’s clearly stuck in the
Senate, we can’t get on it, we can’t offer amendments to it,” said McConnell.
“And the next step is obviously up to the House.”
Boehner said McConnell is “doing a
great job as the new majority leader,” but insists that “the House has done its
job” and acted to fund Homeland Security. The next move, he said, is up to the
Senate.
“Senate Democrats are the ones
standing in the way, they’re the ones jeopardizing funding,” said Boehner. “Why
don’t they get on the bill and offer an amendment, offer their ideas, let’s see
what the Senate can do.”

Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.,told the Washington Post:
With only
four legislative days left until the Republican Homeland Security Shutdown,
Speaker Boehner made it clear that he has no plan to avoid a government
shutdown that would threaten the safety of the American people. With every
House Democrat now cosponsoring clean legislation to fund DHS, it is clear that
the votes are present to pass a bill now if only Speaker Boehner would get out
of the way.

Heritage Action for America, the sister organization of The Heritage
Foundation, questioned the priorities of Senate Democrats on blocking the House
legislation.

Border Patrol agents paychecks to protect Obama’s plan to grant illegal
immigrants Social Security numbers?” said Holler.
Boehner reiterated his position that
Senate Democrats must make the decision to fund DHS on Twitte.
Netanyahu Urges Jews to Move to
Israeli
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday urged European Jews to move to
Israel after a Jewish man was killed in an attack outside Copenhagen's main
synagogue.
"Israel
is your home. We are preparing and calling for the absorption of mass
immigration from Europe," Netanyahu said in a statement, repeating a
similar call made after attacks by Islamic extremists in Paris last month that
killed 17 people, including four Jews.
Two
police officers were also wounded in Sunday's attack, one of two fatal
shootings in the normally peaceful Danish capital on the weekend.
In
the first attack on Saturday a 55-year-old man was killed at a panel discussion
about Islam and free speech attended by a Swedish cartoonist behind
controversial caricatures of the Prophet Mohammed.
"Extremist
Islamic terrorism has struck Europe again... Jews have been murdered again on
European soil only because they were Jews," Netanyahu said in the
statement.
The
Israeli prime minister said his government was to adopt a $45 million (39.5
million euro) plan "to encourage the absorption of immigrants from France,
Belgium and Ukraine".
"To
the Jews of Europe and to the Jews of the world I say that Israel is waiting
for you with open arms," Netanyahu said.
He
had made a similar call after three days of bloodshed in Paris that started
with the January 7 attack on satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo where 12 people
were gunned down, followed the next day by the shooting death of a policewoman
just outside the city.
On
January 9, the gunman who killed the policewoman took hostages at a kosher
supermarket in Paris and four Jews were killed during a police commando raid.
The
bodies of the four were later flown to Israel where they were buried.
Officials
in Copenhagen described the weekend attacks as an act of terror and said the
man believed to be behind the shootings was shot dead after opening fire on
police at a rail station.

los hechos ocurridos el pasado 7 de junio en el municipio de Bauta, provincia
de Artemisa
Tribunal Provincial Popular de Artemisa acordó sancionar
a siete personas vinculadas a un presunto plan de salida ilegal del país, en el
que, como se informó, fueron ultimadas de forma violenta cuatro personas
La
Sala de lo Penal del Tribunal Provincial Popular de Artemisa, después de
valorar las pruebas practicadas en el juicio oral celebrado en días recientes,
acordó sancionar a siete personas vinculadas a un presunto plan de salida
ilegal del país, en el que, como se informó, fueron ultimadas de forma violenta
cuatro personas.
Durante el desarrollo del juicio oral se demostró que los acusados JORGE LUIS SALAZAR RICARDO, REINIER ARMAS GARCÍA, YASSEL MONTERO VÁZQUEZ, JORGE RAMÓN SUÁREZ LEÓN, YUSNIEL GRIMONT SÁNCHEZ y MICHEL LUIS GARCÍA URGELLES, puestos de común acuerdo, decidieron concebir y ejecutar un plan, en el que simulaban la organización de una salida ilegal del territorio nacional hacia los Estados Unidos de América por vía marítima, con el propósito de apropiarse del dinero que los interesados en abandonar el país les pagarían para llevar a vías de hecho su viaje.
Los citados encausados lograron enrolar a once personas, mediante el engaño de emigrar de forma segura, y se cercioraron de que el día previsto para la salida llevaran consigo la cifra acordada.
De esta forma, el Tribunal pudo dar por probado que el 7 de junio aproximadamente a las 9:00 de la noche los encartados JORGE LUIS SALAZAR RICARDO y REINIER ARMAS GARCÍAcontactaron telefónicamente con el ciudadano Orlando Gutiérrez Padilla, quien desconocía las verdaderas intenciones de los acusados, con el objetivo de que este en su bicitaxi fuera trasladando individualmente a las personas que querían salir del país, hasta uno de los refugios ubicados en el potrero de la finca de desarrollo 603 de la Vaquería Niña Bonita, sitio donde por sorpresa, y aprovechándose de la superioridad numérica, oscuridad y condiciones del terreno, procedieron a agredir premeditadamente a cinco de ellas, logrando privar de la vida a cuatro.
Como resultado de las investigaciones también se demostró que dos años antes los acusados YASSEL MONTERO VÁZQUEZ, JORGE LUIS SALAZAR RICARDO, RAFAEL SÁNCHEZ HERNÁNDEZ yREINIER ARMAS GARCÍA, con similar modus operandi lograron adueñarse violentamente del dinero de otra persona bajo la falsa creencia de una salida ilegal del país.
La Sala, en atención a la gravedad de los hechos narrados, a la conducta de los imputados, quienes actuaron de forma inescrupulosa con el único fin de obtener beneficios personales, y al grado de participación de cada uno de ellos, acordó sancionar a:
1).- JORGE LUIS SALAZAR RICARDO, como autor de los delitos de asesinato en grado de tentativa, robo con violencia o intimidación en las personas y falsificación de carné de identidad a privación perpetua de libertad.
2).- REINIER ARMAS GARCÍA, como autor de los delitos de asesinato, asesinato en grado de tentativa y robo con violencia o intimidación en las personas a privación perpetua de libertad.
3).- RAFAEL SÁNCHEZ HERNÁNDEZ, como autor de un delito de robo con violencia o intimidación en las personas a 25 años de privación de libertad.
4).- YASSEL MONTERO VÁZQUEZ, como autor de un delito de robo con violencia o intimidación en las personas a 22 años de privación de libertad.
5).- MICHEL LUIS GARCÍA URGELLÉS, como autor de un delito de tráfico de personas a 10 años de privación de libertad.
6).- YUSNIEL GRIMONT SÁNCHEZ y JORGE RAMÓN SUÁREZ LEÓN, como autores de un delito de tráfico de personas a 8 años de privación de libertad para cada uno.
El tribunal impuso además a los encausados las sanciones accesorias de privación de derechos consistentes en la pérdida del derecho al sufragio activo y pasivo, así como de ocupar cargos de dirección en los órganos estatales y en organizaciones de masas y sociales; y dispuso las prohibiciones migratorias pertinentes.
Asimismo, los acusados JORGE LUIS SALAZAR RICARDO y REINIER ARMAS GARCÍA fueron declarados responsables civilmente por los hechos cometidos y deberán indemnizar a los familiares de las víctimas.
Contra la sentencia dictada tanto los acusados, como el Fiscal, tendrán el derecho de establecer recurso de casación ante la Sala de lo Penal del Tribunal Supremo Popular.
