Durante mi vida adulta, he conocido a muy pocos empresarios o profesionales competentes que hayan elegido carrera política sobre las empresas privadas o sus carreras profesionales
Pero ¿cómo vas a culparlos? Si te involucras en política tus virtudes se convierten en tus defectos, tus triunfos en tu carrera profesional y la administración de las empresas privadas se convierten en tu peor defecto.
Recientemente lo vimos con Mitt Romney un gobierno es una administración y la mayoría de los políticos no tienen ni la experiencia ni la habilidad de administrar una empresa como el gobierno- Tuvimos la oportunidad de que un empresario capacitado y una persona honesta decidiera entrar en la política.
Pero los votantes escogieron a una persona como Obama, que nunca ha trabajado un día productivo en su vida, sobre un capacitado administrador.
Los votantes sociotrópicos, que son la mayoría, ponen los intereses de la sociedad en la dependencia del estado por encima de los intereses de los que producen las riquezas de la nación y se identifican mejor con las promesas demagógicas de los políticos burocráticos.
Estas creencias económicas de dependencia estatal hacen a los votantes más propensos a producir graves fracasos políticos porque acusan de egoístas a los creadores del producto bruto y ponen su egoísmo por encima de lo que realmente es el bienestar de la nación eligiendo a burócratas incompetentes sólo por sus promesas.
. Es realmente un triunfo de la retórica sobre la realidad cuando la gente puede creer que un político populista demagogo va a la política como «servicio público», pero que los que producen alimentos, vivienda, transporte, o atención médica no rinden un servicio público.
Tanto los votantes sociotrópicos como los políticos odian a los hombres de negocios que han hecho lo que ellos no pudieron hacer. Odian a los productores y después sufren las consecuencias.
Una vez electos, los políticos se aferran a sus prejuicios ideológicos, a pesar de los hechos reales que refutan sus teorías se aferran a ellas una y otra vez. La mayoría no tiene ningún sentido común y nunca reconoce que estaban equivocados" El presidente Obama en el caso del Obamacare es un caso típico del político, burócrata y egocéntrico.
Un gobierno, en el fondo, no es más que un grupo de hombres, y como una cuestión práctica la mayoría de ellos son hombres inferiores,es en realidad el peor fracaso de hombre civilizado. El gobierno tiene que existir, pero tenemos que aceptar que es un mal necesario pero siempre es un mal.
Nunca ha habido un gobierno muy bueno y hasta los gobiernos que son más tolerables son arbitrarios, codiciosos y poco inteligentes. De hecho, no sería exagerado el describir el mejor gobierno como el enemigo común de todos los ciudadanos decentes."
Como los votantes son susceptibles a la demagogia, el gobierno casi siempre cae en manos de la peor gente, tarde o temprano caemos en manos de la burocracia.
No hay nada tan deprimente como despertar un día cuando sabes que vas a tener que lidiar con una oficina gubernamental o burócrata
Nunca comprenderán a las burocracias hasta que usted entiende que para los burócratas el procedimiento lo es todo y los resultados no son nada. Si has estado viviendo en un mundo de negocios donde los resultados son todo, te es muy difícil comprender el pensamiento burocrático y sus prácticas
El socialismo es el triunfo de la burocracia, es el triunfo de los políticos profesionales que tratan de incursionar en una administración total de la economía de la nación, ocupando el lugar de los empresarios y profesionales, con los resultados funestos que todos conocemos.
El ssocialismo, como las antiguas ideas de la que brota, confunde la distinción entre el gobierno y la sociedad. Lo único que hay que hacer para darse cuenta de lo que es un gobierno totalitario socialista, y para darse cuenta que el estado nunca puede hacer algo mejor que el mercado, sólo hay que imaginarse un mar de burócratas permanentes, cabilderos, políticos, proxenetismo y aquellos locos que vemos en las convenciones políticas y pregúntate a ti mismo: ¿Qué pudiera esta gente hacer que los individuos en la sociedad, actuando en su propio interés, en una coordinación de intercambio a través del proceso de mercado, probando constantemente las decisiones contra la demanda económica de la viabilidad y el consumidor no pudiera hacer? La respuesta de que nada, que lo único que pueden hacer es una parodia de una empresa en un gobierno.
Es lo que hemos visto en Cuba, Corea del Norte, Venezuela y otros países que han abrazado el socialismo. El gobierno totalitario socialista es una maquinaria gigante manejada por enanos.
Vivimos en una democracia, pero tenemos un gobierno de burócratas socialistas. ¿Quiénes son las personas que nos gobiernan? Teóricos académicos que nunca han producido nada en la vida real, burócratas y cabilderos, Lideraros por el cabildero en jefe. El único trabajo de Obama fue el de cabildero, un organizador comunitario es un cabildero.

Fox News Poll: Half Say President 'Lied' About Obamacare. By Cynthia Fagen
Half of voters think President Obama "knowingly lied" when he repeatedly assured Americans they could keep their own health plans under the Affordable Care Act, says aFox News poll released Wednesday.
Obama consistently told Americans that "if you like your health care plan, you can keep it. Period."
In a telephone poll of 1,006 randomly chosen voters nationwide, 50 percent think the president knew he was lying, while 40 percent think Obama had no idea the law would cause people to lose their insurance.
Seventy-nine percent of Republicans, 51 percent of independents, and 22 per cent of Democrats think Obama knowingly lied to get his signature law passed.
A 59 percent majority thinks the Obama administration knew ahead of time that people would be kicked off their insurance plans, and 55 percent think the White House has "tried to deceive" people about it. About 38 percent say the administration has been honest.
The president's job approval rating has continued to plunge since the disastrous Oct. 1 rollout.
A record-high 61 percent disapprove of the president's performance on healthcare, up 10 percent in about a month.
Even since he addressed the nation with a mea culpa, 58 percent feel Obama's apology was "mostly for political reasons," while 38 percent think he was" sincere."
Overall, 46 percent want to throw out the healthcare law and "start over."
Forty-two percent say "keep trying to fix it," and another 10 percent say, "Leave it alone."
Thirty-nine percent of voters blame the Obama administration for the website glitches, while 20 percent blame the designers of the bug-plagued website.
About one in 10 voters blames congressional Republican, at 11 percent, and 10 percent blame insurance companies.
Half think Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sibelius should "stay and try to fix things," while 24 percent would rather have her fired and 19 percent think she should resign.

Mi opinión de por qué el Obamacare no trabaja es que es porque es algo que no es lo que quieren hacer y es algo que el gobierno no sabe hacer.
Lo que quieren realmente Obama y su entorno socialista es la socialización de la medicina.
Lo que ha hecho el Dr. Ezequiel Emmanuel debido a las circunstancias es algo que no quería hacer, en vez de ser la socialización de la medicina es un negocio, y este gobierno como cualquier otro gobierno no sabe cómo manejar un negocio.
Hillary Clinton si quería hacer algo que en el socialismo es viable.
El plan de Hillarycare era la socialización de la medicina, los Estados Unidos no estaban preparados para eso, como tampoco todavía están listos para aceptarlo.
Sólo hay que recordar las palabras de Hillary Clinton en 1993 para saber cuál es el objetivo socialista del cuidado de la salud, esto fue lo que dijo Hillary en una entrevista a NBC entonces:
“Creemos que la gente se centran en ahorrar dinero y no consiguen el cuidado de salud que hijos y ellos mismos necesitan...El dinero tiene que ir al gobierno federal porque el gobierno federal gastará ese dinero mejor”
En los países europeos si es posible el plan de Hillary, los ciudadanos se convierten en empleados del gobierno, tienen que pagar el 60% de sus ingresos, con ese dinero el gobierno puede dar el seguro universal y la educación “gratis”. Claro que no es gratis si tienen que pagar más de la mitad de lo que gana. Lo que have el gobierno es administrar ese dinero de los contribuyentes, y el gobierno no es buen administrador, por eso los servicios no son buenos.
Pero eso es lo que es el socialismo europeo.
El americano está acostumbrado a administrar su propio dinero y escoger el seguro y la educación de acuerdo con lo que gana.
Obamacare no es la socialización de la medicina, porque se convierte en un vendedor de seguros.
El objetivo del Obamacare era que al perder los seguros que las compañías privadas no podían proveer en los planes existentes bajo las regulaciones que hicieron con el objetivo de que tuvieran que cancelar los seguros, el gobierno consideraba y todavía considera que esto obligaría a los cancelados a comprar el Obamacare- Paulatinamente se lograría el monopolio de los seguros por el gobierno, el pagador único, la socialización de la medicina.
Pero no ha funcionado porque la ineptitud del gobierno como comerciante ha hecho la transición un fracaso. La insistencia del gobierno es porque todavía tiene la esperanza que sus planes de la evolución a la socialización trabajen.
He visto que algunos humorísticamente llaman a la evolución “ovulación” en este caso el Obamacare no ha ovulado.
Lo que ha sucedido es que los millones de personas que han perdido sus seguros, están tratando de recuperarlos con los planes privados existentes pagando más, antes de que comprar los seguros del Obamacare.
Esto es una batalla difícil tanto para el gobierno como para la clase media que ha perdido sus seguros.
¿Podrá el gobierno forzar a estas personas a comprar el Obamacare? Esto es una pregunta que sólo el tiempo podrá contestar.
Mientras tanto las personas que están usando los planes del Obamacare son los que califican para los subsidios. Así que al final son los contribuyentes los que están pagando por el fracaso del Obamacare.

I know you don’t oppose helping those in need. When you look around your communities or at what has just happened to the people of the Philippines, you have a heart to help. Many of you are giving hours and hours of time, in addition to your heard-earned money.
Let me ask you this - if you were asked to manage taxpayer money, and that you had to spend it on something, what would you use it for? Let’s say you were responsible for $75 million of taxpayer dollars…
There’s definitely no shortage of worthy causes here in the United States that desperately need money to continue helping American citizens. We might disagree on what the money should go towards, but there is no denying that such domestic needs exist.
If you were to make a list ranking potential recipients of American taxpayer money, where would you rank the Palestinian National Authority? Probably very low on your list of priorities, right?
Well, Secretary of State John Kerry apparently thinks differently.
When he recently met with Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas, Kerry promised the terrorist financier-turned-politician that the United States would commit another $75 million dollars towards infrastructure development in Palestine.
Where does it stop? Will we keep writing checks to these regimes until we overdraw our accounts? When will Congress realize that financing Middle Eastern regimes, despots, and terrorist organizations is not in their job description?
Tell Congress to stop the Obama administration from giving blank checks to these radical regimes!
$75 million dollars is certainly a lot of money… There’s no doubt about it. But it is only a drop in the bucket when it comes to how much U.S. Aid to the Middle East and the rest of the world has skyrocketed during the Obama administration.
During just his first term of office, Barack Obama’s administration has given over $32.2 BILLION to countries in the Middle East, many of which sponsor terrorism and turn a blind eye while their citizens burn American flags in the streets.
That’s just what Obama has done in four years and it doesn’t even account the billions of dollars in military aid that we have also given these countries.
A lot is said about how President Obama values global citizenship over national cohesion. Much of this can easily be exaggerated. But there is no question that while Obama is levying tax after tax on Americans citizens and businesses, he is turning around and giving this money to countries with well-known terrorist ties and long histories of human rights abuses.
If you crunch the numbers over the last four years of foreign aid expenditures, here is what you’ll find:
Kathleen Sebelius helped to change the grandfather clause making insurance policies null and void and therefore more expensive for taxpaying Americans like you.
At the same time, Obama’s administration has given approximately $8.49 Billion in Foreign Aidspecifically earmarked for healthcare programs abroad!
You see, Kerry’s recent promise to give Palestine $75 Million to develop infrastructure is, in the grand scheme of things, just a drop in the bucket. But it is representative of this administration’s willingness to repeatedly take money from the American people and redistribute it around the globe.
Take Time Now! Tell Congress that the time has come to scale back Foreign Aid programs to countries that despise the United States!
It is absolutely unacceptable to repeatedly attack the American people on issues like Healthcare, Gun Control, and Environmental Regulation, only to turn around and distribute billions of dollars in taxpayer money abroad for these same types of programs.
There are tons of American families and businesses that are being forced into bankruptcy while Obama and his representatives gallivant around the globe writing checks to governments and regimesthat despise us and support terrorist organizations that target us.
Enough is enough! It’s time to stop hemorrhaging money abroad just to prop up governments that hate us! Whether you realize it or not, your taxes are being used to subsidize programs around the world.
How did you feel when you learned that Obama and Kathleen Sebelius lied to you and secretly worked to make your healthcare more expensive and less available?
Here is what we’ve just learned:
The Department of Health and Human Services alone (responsible for the Obamacare debacle) has spent $5.25 Billion to make healthcare less expensive and more available for people abroad.
The constitution says that Congress controls the money and the checkbook. Yet the Obama administration believes that it can continue to tax and regulate you, and use the revenue to fund its expensive social and economic programs abroad.
Let Congress hear you: Every dollar sent to our enemies is unacceptable!
It is time for Congress to put an end to Obama’s bloated foreign spending and take away the administration’s blank checks.
We must stop Obama from using our tax dollars to prop up governments that turn around and use it against us and our way of life!

Healthcare.gov is a Secret Story of Obscene Profits

Lately, the news has talked nonstop about the outrageous cost of building the Obamacare website, Healthcare.gov, with most estimates ranging from $300 million to $600 million.
This has Silicon Valley experts wondering: How could you spend such an obscene amount of money on a simple website?
Well, the Silicon Valley experts don’t understand the way the government spends its money – or how lucrative it is to be a primary government contractor. My back-of-the-envelope calculations lead me to believe that an immense amount of money was pocketed by D.C. insiders who know how to work the system.
These primary contractors are often at the top of the Political Intelligence Portfolio. Trust me, there’s a reason that they’re experiencing triple-digit gains. Nothing is quite as good for business – and investors – as a little government tailwind. Correctly identifying the companies that are about to receive bloated government contracts is the surest way to amass an incredible fortune.
The Path to Government Waste
Of course, identifying profitable contractors is different from explaining how projects like the healthcare exchange website become so expensive in the first place.
To do so, it’s important to understand that government service doesn’t attract the best or brightest minds. For example, the best minds in tech don’t go to work for the government… they head for Silicon Valley. The next tier of experts might work for a company that’s contracted by the government. That leaves the least qualified minds for the federal government itself.
Next, you have to understand that everyone in the federal government feels they’re too important to actually do things. Government employees thrive on telling other people what to do and then taking the afternoon off to see a daughter in a school play, hit the gym, or visit a favorite watering hole.
Finally, you have to understand that nobody in government is held accountable. Somehow, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius isn’t fully responsible for Healthcare.gov… and apparently neither is anybody below her.
It astounds me that Sebelius still has her job given the criminal malfeasance she’s committed in preparing Obamacare’s implementation. But with no clear lines of authority or responsibility, it’s easy to just float along.
The Power of the Private Sector
If you really want to get things done in America, don’t look to the government. Instead, look to the private sector, where profit motivates cost cutting and efficiency and produces reliable goods and services. Think Walmart (WMT), not the Post Office.
Barack Obama and the others who wanted to transform healthcare are foolish. Instead of efficiency and productivity, the program is based on winning political points. In fact, the whole idea is to get more people hooked on phony subsidies so they’ll support a political party.
The added benefit is big profits for firms that fall in line and support the correct party. No need to make the website work to score incredible profits!
Just look at CGI Federal (GIB), the primary contractor responsible for the botched exchange rollout. Not only have they billed hundreds of millions of dollars for the website build, but they’ve also been awarded future contracts from the government! Never mind that little website glitch.
Taking a Page Out of CGI’s Book
Until this debacle, few had ever heard of CGI Federal. Based in French Canada, the firm’s full name is “Conseillers en Gestion et Informatique,” which is French for Information Systems and Management Consultants. They love contracts like Healthcare.gov and have grown their business with the federal government over 90% in the last year.
This was reiterated by CGI’s CEO Michael Roach in a recent conference call with investors. Roach said, “In the federal government business, we continue to see more extensions and ceiling increases on our existing work, while we further leverage our position on contract vehicles.”
In the end, the contract is profitable to CGI whether the website works or not. And the more problems the website experiences, the more money the company can make while fixing what should’ve been built properly the first time.
That is, in a nutshell, how a simple website ends up costing the government $300 million to $600 million. It’s also the perfect example of the power of government influence. CGI’s stock has gone up 51% in the last year, and that will likely continue upward. With the right intelligence, you can easily establish a position in the next CGI – and see incredible returns in a matter of months.

Yo no sé cómo el Che Guevara encaja en todo esto, bueno yo no sé cómo Obama encaja en todo esto.
Ambos son pro-guerra, eso es todo por lo que el Che Guevara es famoso y Obama ha sido el Presidente con más intervenciones bélicas en la época actual.
Pero parece que eso de la guerra es selectivo, si es una guerra de guerrillas comunista o es una guerra iniciada por un líder socialista cómo Obama es aceptable, lo malo es si la guerra es contra el socialismo.
Obamacare es el programa primordial para el gobierno de Obama, es lo que iba a marcar en la historia a su administración, y es un fracaso, incluso si arreglan el sitio web algún día, en el largo plazo siempre será un fracaso.
Entonces, ¿qué es lo que es tan bueno de Obama? ¿Por qué la emoción de una época que llaman la “Era de Obama?

When my family and I started our company 40 years ago, we were working out of a garage on a $600 bank loan, assembling miniature picture frames. Our first retail store wasn't much bigger than most people's living rooms, but we had faith that we would succeed if we lived and worked according to God's word.
From there, Hobby Lobby has become one of the nation's largest arts and crafts retailers, with more than 500 locations in 41 states. Our children grew up into fine business leaders, and today we run Hobby Lobby together, as a family.
We're Christians, and we run our business on Christian principles. I've always said that the first two goals of our business are
(1) to run our business in harmony with God's laws, and
(2) to focus on people more than money. And that's what we've tried to do.
We close early so our employees can see their families at night. We keep our stores closed on Sundays, one of the week's biggest shopping days, so that our workers and their families can enjoy a day of rest.
We believe that it is by God's grace that Hobby Lobby has endured, and He has blessed us and our employees. We've not only added jobs in a weak economy, we've raised wages for the past four years in a row. Our full-time employees start at 80% above minimum wage.
But now, our government threatens to change all of that.
A new government healthcare mandate says that our family business MUSTprovide what I believe are abortion-causing drugs as part of our health insur-ance. Being Christians, we don't pay for drugs that might cause abortions, which means that we don't cover emergency contraception, the morning-after pill or the week-after pill. We believe doing so might end a life after the moment of conception, something that is contrary to our most important beliefs.
It goes against the Biblical principles on which we have run this company since day one.
If we refuse to comply, we could face $1.3 million PER DAY in government fines.
Our government threatens to fine job creators in a bad economy. Our govern-ment threatens to fine a company that's raised wages four years running. Our
government threatens to fine a family for running its business according to its beliefs. It's not right. I know people will say we ought to follow the rules; that it's the same for everybody. But that's not true.
The government has exempted thousands of companies from this mandate, for reasons of convenience or cost. But it won't exempt them for reasons of religious belief.
So, Hobby Lobby and my family are forced to make a choice. With great reluc-tance, we filed a lawsuit today, represented by the Becket Fund for ReligiousLiberty, asking a federal court to stop this mandate before it hurts our business. We don't like to go running into court, but we no longer have a choice. We believe people are more important than the bottom line and that honoring God is more important than turning a profit.
My family has lived the American dream. We want to continue growing our company and providing great jobs for thousands of employees, but the govern-ment is going to make that much more difficult. The government is forcing us to choose between following our faith and following the law. I say that's a choice no American and no American business should have to make.
The government cannot force you to follow laws that go against your funda-mental religious belief. They have exempted thousands of companies but will not except Christian organizations including the Catholic church.

Sen. Cornyn: Democrats in 'Near Panic' Over Obamacare. By Bill Hoffmann
Democrats are in a "near panic" over the botched launch of the Affordable Care Act and may soon be begging Republicans to help them repair the nation's mangled healthcare system, Sen. John Cornyn of Texas says.
"The Democrats own this. They made a mistake at the very beginning because there was no bipartisan support for Obamacare. Every Republican voted against it. Every Democrat voted for it. So they own it," Cornyn told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.
"At some point, Democrats are going to come to Republicans and say, you know what, we were big cheerleaders for this legislation and it isn't working; what can we do to protect our American people, our constituents from the hardship that is resulting from this failure? We're going to have to listen and try to figure something out."

Cornyn says Republicans must hammer out their own distinct, workable plan to replace the Affordable Care Act.
"People need to hear from us that we're not just against Obamacare with all of its flaws, we are for people getting affordable, quality healthcare and we can do it a whole lot better than this government takeover," he said.
Cornyn was stunned to hear former President Bill Clinton this week say that President Barack Obama should keep his promise to let those who like their current insurance policies keep them, even if it means changing the law.
"I nearly fell out of my chair but I bet I wasn't the only one. I bet there were a number of people at the White House who thought, okay, President Clinton just threw us under the bus," he said.
But even if Obama were to take Clinton's advice to heart, keeping his promise may no longer be possible to those who have seen their policies cancelled.
"I am sure that you can't force insurance companies to re-issue policies they've now since cancelled because the [law] of the land tells them they have to," Cornyn said.

Investigator: Obamacare 'Navigators' Urge Clients to Lie. By Sandy Fitzgerald
Videographer James O'Keefe has released a new undercover investigation that focuses on "navigators" who are helping Americans sign up for Obamacare, releasing a video that shows government workers advising clients to lie, ignore procedures, and evade legal requirements when signing up for healthcare.
O'Keefe's claims to fame include a video that helped bring down ACORN, a community organizing group for which President Barack Obama worked when he was a lawyer, and making videos exposing NPR's Ron Schiller courting a pro-Muslim group by disparaging Christians, Jews, Republicans, and the tea party.
This time around, The National Review reports, O'Keefe's undercover investigators aimed at a Texas navigator site run by the National Urban League, which was paid $376,000 by the federal government for its Obamacare outreach.
One of O'Keefe's "Project Veritas" workers posed as a person seeking healthcare who tells the navigator that sometimes he smokes.
"You lie, because your premiums will be higher," the navigator tells him. "Don't tell them that. Don't tell 'em."
In another case, O'Keefe's undercover investigator poses as a low-income university worker with unreported cash income on the side. The navigator tells him, "Don't get yourself in trouble by declaring it now," while another one says "never report it."
O'Keefe's crew also visited Enroll America, a nonprofit with a grass-roots campaign to help people sign up for insurance. While Daniel Clayton of Enroll America says the group is "purely nonprofit; it's not partisan, nonpolitical," at a speaking engagement the group is described as being "the official group for the Democratic National Committee."
Enroll America, O'Keefe reported, is working with a political group, Battleground Texas, which is prohibited.
O'Keefe said the current video will not be his last, with upcoming videos exposing more aspects of the navigator program, including how many navigators were hired without background checks.
In addition, some of the navigators are working for Local 100 United Labor Unions, which is run by ACORN founder Wade Rathke, The National Review reports.
O'Keefe's videos are sparking calls for the government to immediately stop the navigator program, The Dallas Morning News reports.
"We're seeing reports that navigators are encouraging the people they are supposed to help to lie," Republican Texas Sen. John Cornyn said. "This behavior is unacceptable and is yet another broken piece of a deeply flawed system."

Quinnipiac Poll: Obama's Approval Rating Hits New Low. By Todd Beamon
President Barack Obama's approval rating is at its lowest level since he entered the White House in 2009, with a majority saying for the first time in a Quinnipiac University poll that the president is not honest and trustworthy.
The survey of 2,545 voters conducted Nov. 6-11 found that only 39 percent of respondents approved of Obama's job performance, compared with 54 percent who didn't. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 1.9 percentage points.
Among women voters, one of Obama's biggest support groups, only 40 percent said they approved of his performance in the White House, versus 51 percent who said they did not.

For the first time in the Quinnipiac survey, 52 percent of voters said they thought Obama was not honest and trustworthy. That compared with 44 percent who said he was.
The president's previous lowest marks on honesty were on May 30, when 49 percent of voters surveyed said he was honest and 47 percent said he was not.
"Like all new presidents, President Barack Obama had a honeymoon with American voters, with approval ratings in the high 50s," said Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute.
"As the marriage wore on, he kept his job-approval scores in the respectable, though not overwhelming, 40s. Today, for the first time, it appears that 40 percent floor is cracking," Malloy said.
"Any Democrat with an 11-point approval deficit among women is in trouble. And any elected official with an 8-point trust deficit is in serious trouble."
The latest Quinnipiac poll results come as problems continue to plague the rollout of Obamacare, with the president saying last week that he was "sorry" millions of Americans would be losing their health insurance under the beleaguered program.
Many critics called Obama's apology too little, too late — especially in light of the president's repeated promises that Americans could keep their health plans and doctors under Obamacare if they wanted to.
"President Obama's misstatement, 'If you like your health plan, you can keep it,' left a bad taste with a lot of people," Malloy said. "Nearly half of the voters, 46 percent, think he knowingly deceived them."
House Speaker John Boehner was among the many Republicans who attacked the president's admission last week.
The apology, the Ohio Republican said, was "certainly in order, but what Americans want to hear is that the president is going to keep his promise."
House Republicans are expected to vote this week on legislation that would allow Americans to keep the healthcare plans they liked.
Voters also blamed Obama in part for the 16-day shutdown of the federal government last month, which furloughed as many as 800,000 workers and cost taxpayers $2 billion.
The overall Quinnipiac survey results released on Tuesday compared with a 49 percent disapproval rating on Oct. 1. In that survey, Obama's approval rating was 54 percent.
His previous lowest score in the survey was 55 percent to 41 percent disapproval in a poll conducted on Oct. 6, 2011.
Voters in every income and age group disapproved of how Obama is doing on the job, with the biggest disapproval rating, 59 percent to 36 percent, coming from voters over 65, the Quinnipiac survey found.
Respondents also told Quinnipiac — 53 percent to 43 percent — that the Obama administration was incompetent in running the government.
They also said, 51 percent to 43 percent, that the president was not paying attention to the workings of his administration.

Obama received a 52 percent to 42 percent approval rating, however, for handling terrorism, compared with negative scores for handling these other foreign and domestic issues, Quinnipiac found:
38 percent to 53 percent on foreign policy.
35 percent to 53 percent on immigration.
32 percent to 62 percent on the federal budget.
36 percent to 60 percent on healthcare.
38 percent to 59 percent on the economy.
